1 finely chopped onion
Few dry chillies
2 Green chillies
3 potatoes cubed
Oil for cooking
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp jeera seeds
Curry leaves
1 tsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp sugar
Water as needed
1tsp jeera and dhania powder
1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
Fry onions in hot oil with jeera and mustard seeds
Add chillies, ginger and garlic and fry a little
Add tomato paste and sugar and mix well
Add jeera and dhania powder
Add potatoes, salt, curry leaves and fry potatoes in, till potatoes start to stick to pot, then add a little water and cook on high
Once cooked and water dries up, drop your heat and leave to simmer.
