150g caster sugar
150g self-raising flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon of cocoa (for the marbling bit)
Cream butter and sugar together.
Add the self-raising flour the eggs and the vanilla essence and mix.
Split the mixture in half and add a teaspoon of cocoa powder to one half of the mixture. Spoon parts of both in to a greased baking tray.
Put it in the oven @ 180 °c for 20 minutes.
