570g bought white bread dough
1/2 to 3/4 of 125g bottle marmite (depending on taste)
sharp shredded cheese
Spray or wipe the insides your muffin pan (12 wells) liberally with oil
Pinch 3 small-ish balls of dough and place in the bottom of each well
Nuke the marmite for 10 seconds in the microwave, just to make it liquidy and spreadable.
If needed you can add 2-3 drops of boiling water.
Use a brush and dip it in the marmite and brush over the bottom layer of dough
Add grated cheese, as much as you like
Pinch another 2-3 balls of dough and place it over the cheese, make sure to use up all the dough.
Brush with more marmite or egg wash.
Bake in preheated oven (350 F) for 20-25 minutes
