500 grams mince
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic
2 slices of bread blitzed into crumbs
1 egg
1/2 bunch chopped coriander leaves
chilies to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin and coriander powder
1 onion finely chopped .
Mix together well and form into balls.
Place on a plate and microwave for 5 minutes.
Sauce:
Fry 2 large chopped onions until lightly browned, add 2 cups chopped tomatoes, 2 tbls tomato paste, 1 tsp salt, little pepper, little sugar, cook through and add the meatballs. Serve with spaghetti
