TRH Melanie's Hong King Chicken

1 tray of chicken pieces
¼ cup dark soya sauce
3 Tblsp brown sugar
1 ½ Tblsp Honey
3 Tblsp garlic/ginger mix
1 tsp sesame oil
¼ tsp ground ginger
1 heaped tsp corn flour
1 tsp salt, few dashes white pepper
3 Tblsp water

Mix together in a glass bowl. Add chicken and marinade for a few hours (preferably overnight). Deep fry in hot oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
