Break ends off the beans and give it a light steam
Strain and set aside
in a heated pot, add 1 sliced onion, spices, cinnamon, bayleaf and fry
Add ginger and garlic and fry a bit more
Add 1tsp turmeric, geera, dhania, 2 tsp chilli powder, few green chillies, a sprig of curry leaf and braise
Add mince and stir
Add tomato puree and beans and stir, add salt.
Add water as needed.
