TRH Moumita's Bengali Fish Fry

Ingredients
1/2 Kg of fresh, cut pieces of fish.
1 teaspoon of turmeric.
1 teaspoon of red chilly powder.
A pinch of salt.
2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
A pinch of garam masala powder.
Marinate for 1 hour.

Procedure.
In a frying pan, take some oil, fry the fish pieces nicely.

For Tomato, Chilly Chutney.
1 tomato diced.
1 teaspoon garlic pieces.
2 red chilles.
Pinch of salt.
2 teaspoons of lemon juice.

Mix together in a mixer.
And serve with Hot FRIED FISH.
