½kg Dark Cooking Chocolate
Orange essence 2 drops
Condensed milk, 200 gms
100 gms of powdered sugar (if you prefer it sweeter)
In a double boiler, mix condensed milk, cooking chocolate and sugar nicely.
Mix in Orange essence.
Dish up in shot glasses, and keep it in the freezer to cool down.
Spread melted chocolate in a flat dish, keep in freezer.
Serve with roasted walnuts
And dark chocolate thins.
