4 eggs whites
2 eggs yolks
Cut Green bell pepper pieces -2 teaspoons
Cut Onion pieces – 2 teaspoons
Cut mushroom pieces – 2 teaspoons
Cut tomato pieces – 2 teaspoons
Cut garlic pieces – half teaspoon
Milk 4 teaspoons
Grated low calorie cheese – 1 teaspoon
Oregano powder a pinch
Black pepper powder a pinch
Sea salt a pinch
Served with Blanched & tossed Mushrooms, Lettuce leaves & fresh tomato..
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients to make the omelette.
In a pan mildly heat up Olive oil
Put the mixture in th pan
Keep the flame on low
Cover the pan with a lid
Let it cook for a while.
Keep on checking.
Take the omelette out of the pan
Cut in desired shape.
Serve with above mentioned veggies.
