I didn’t measure any of the ingredients, so sorry about that, but will try my best.
1 tin of caramel treat,
2 cups of coconut
½ a loaf of chocolate cake (a small loaf like the banana loaf size)
½ cup of raisins
2 slabs of dark Beacon chocolates
3 tablespoons of cream.
I used left over chocolate cake, caramel, raisins and coconut then I mixed all the ingredients,
Rolled into balls and placed them in the fridge till firm
Then melted dark chocolate, added a bit of cream to the chocolate and coated the truffles. They taste absolutely delicious
