Boil 1 packet Macaroni. Strain and allow to cool.
5 chicken breasts washed and cubed.
Heat olive oil in a pot, add the chicken.
Saute for 2 mins.
Add 1 T roasted masala (its strong), salt to taste, 1/4 cup tomato sauce.
Cook till done, it must not be dry. I do not add water.
Lastly add 1/4 cup fresh chopped dhania. Allow to cool.
1 onion finely chopped.
Braise in olive oil till lightly brown.
Add 2 chopped tomatoes.
1 large green pepper chopped.
1 bunch fresh green spinach finely chopped and salt to taste.
Cook till wilted. Allow to cool.
4 T butter in a pot. Add 750ml of milk. Allow to heat up.
Add flour to thicken up. Keep whisking to make a nice thick white sauce.
Add salt and pepper.
Lastly layer in a pasta dish.
Pasta first. Then white sauce, spinach mix, chicken then pasta and lastly white sauce and top with cheese and oragano sprinkle.
Bake at 180C till cheese is melted.
