I prefer to flavor my own yogurt instead of shop bought flavored yogurt.
1 Tub plain yogurt (Bulgarian, Greek or low fat).
Add any grated fruit of choice.
1 1/2 punnets grated strawberries and honey.
Mix well and allow to refrigerate for ten mins. Serve with papaya and banana and honey.
Its healthy and yummy.
