4 Banana’s peeled & slit in the middle.

Butter
Heat a non-stick pan, add butter and fry the banana.
Sprinkle with sugar on either side and fry till it has a golden brown toffee texture/taste.
One can serve with roti and atchaar, or with ice-cream as a dessert.
