10 hotdog rolls
2 avocado pears. Sliced thinly. Squeeze lemon juice over.
1/2 green pepper diced finely.
4 or 5 chicken breast washed and strained.
salt to taste and 1 tspn Black pepper & 1 tspn white pepper.
Marinate the chicken in the salt and pepper (black&white).
Heat a non-stick pan and fry the chicken off.
Once done allow to cool and slice length wise. Add mayo to the chicken, diced pepper and dhania. Mix well.
Butter the rolls. Layer lettuce at the bottom, then fill with chicken filling and top with avocado pear slices and crushed black pepper. Enjoy.
