Masala Fish (kabeljou) with hotchips, avo, onion and feta salad and mango sauce (AKA FISH & CHIPS)
1 kg fish of choice (sliced and washed).
1 1/2 tspn tumeric.
2 tspn chilli powder.
2 tspn heaped cumin masala.
2 tspn heaped coriander masala.
2 tspn heaped Indian fish masala.
2 Salt to taste.
Dhanya.
2 green chillies.
1 tspn garlic.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Sprinkle 1 tspn salt onto fish and 1 tspn into spices.
COMBINE:
1 Tblsp fresh dhanya (chopped).
2 chillies chopped.
5 cloves fresh garlic (crushed).
Mix all spice togethre with the dhanya mixture.
Make a thick paste with water.
Rub fish with the paste and fry in shallow oil.
Serve with hotchips and avo salsa.
Avocado salsa.
3 ripe avo’s peeled and diced.
1/2 small onion.
1/2 cup feta crumbled.
Salt and pepper.
Mix and enjoy.
