Nazley's Pot Roast Chicken & Potato

1 whole chicken washed and disjointed.
4 Tblspn butter.
Salt to taste.

2 tspn barshap masala.
1/2 tspn tumeric.
1 Tblspn Black pepper (ground).
1 Tblspn White pepper (ground).
2 tspn crushed chillies.
1 packet baby poatoes peeled and washed or 6 potatoes peeled and 1/4.
1/4 cup chopped dhania.
In a pot heat the butter.
Add the chicken and potatoe.
Roast for 5 mins, then add all masala.
Add 1/2 cup water.
Close the lid and allow to cook till done and nice and saucy.
Lastly add the chopped dhania.
Serve with kita loaf, greek salad and beetroot.
