Nazley’s Tangy Honey Pan seared Chicken

TRH Nazley's Tangy Honey Pan seared Chicken

Served with Vegetable Bake
2 Chicken breasts washed and patted dry. Poke with a fork.

In a bowl mix the following:
Salt to taste.
3/4 tspn white pepper.
1 1/2 tspn chicken masala.
1/2 tspn cumin masala.
Rub the chicken on both sides.
Add 4 Tblspn tomato sauce.

Mix well. Allow to rest for 10 mins.
Pan sear in a hot non-stick pan. Once done.
Add honey and sear for a further 1 min on each side.
Allow to rest for 5 mins. Top with chopped dhania and extra honey.
