
Ingredients.
3 eggs.
1 1/4 cup sugar.
1 1/2 cup self raising flour.
1 tsp baking powder.
3 Tblsp cocoa powder.
125g butter.
3/4 cup milk.
1 tsp vanilla essence.
Method.
Beat eggs and sugar till light and fluffy. Sift flour and baking powder together and fold in lightly into egg mixture.
Warm milk and butter until butter is melted. Fold warm milk mixture into flour and egg mixture.
Pour in greased round cake tins.
Bake at 180′ c for 20 minutes until done. Allow to cool.
Fresh cream:
1 x 250ml fresh cream.
1 level Tblsp icing sugar.
1 drop vanilla essence.
Beat till stiff. Sandwhich the cake together with fresh cream
OR
With Chocolate Mousse.
1 x 250ml double cream.
1 slab cadbury chocolate.
Melt the chocolate and beat in the cream till nice and smooth and thick. Allow to cool.
Sandwhich the cake with this mixture.
Picture has chocolate mousse.
Chocolate topping:
2 x 250ml double cream.
2 slabs cadbury chocolate.
Melt the chocolate and add the cream. Allow to cool once smooth.
Decorate the cake with the thick chocolate ganache. Decorate the edges with kitkat or flake chocolates.
Top with 5 different kind of sweets. Decorate as you please.
