Here we are, just 5 days back from an incredibly adventurous summer in India and Italy. I have SO much to share with you all so stay tuned for all of the vacation inspired recipes to come. In midst of the jet lag, the loads of laundry and other things I’ve been craving something cool and comforting. Something that will extend my memories of our Indian summer. Only one thing comes to mind…

Where can you find a paniyaram pan? They look like a lot of fun to use. Great recipe!
Elliebleu. I am at work now but will check with the original poster and get back to you on this
Hi Ellie, You can find Paniyaram plan on Amazon.com. The Danish ebelskiver pan can also be used. You can find both on amazon, depending on your preference you can buy either a non stick or cast iron. I use non stick pan. Hope this helps. If you have more questions you know I am at ministryofcurry.com 🙂
Thank you Archana 🙂 I’ll look for it at amazon. I’m guessing the non-stick is easier to clean.
Yes! It is very easy to clean.
This is very similar to what I have: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00I7LS1NC/ref=psdc_3737221_t1_B01IYCSGP6
Thanks for helping Archana.
