1/3 cup oats
25ml dried cranberries
2/3 cup milk
25ml apple puree OR apple sauce
Place all in a container and leave in the fridge overnight
½ cup greek yoghurt
¾ cup frozen mixed berries
5ml goji berries
½ cup milk
Add the above with the first mixture and blend till smooth and enjoy!!
