1 bunch mint
Few chillies
1 bottle sour-milk
Salt to taste
Tamarind pulp
1 clove Garlic
Preparation
Rinse mint leaves well and set aside.
Make tamarind pulp, soak in a little water to make a thick paste, then strain with the help of a spoon.
Grind mint leaves, garlic, chillies until its smooth, add the salt and tamarind pulp and mix with yogurt or sour milk.
