Omi’s Choc-Whip and Coffee

TRH Omi's Choc-Whip

65 ml (just over 4 tbsp) Chilled Fresh Cream
1 tsp Cocoa powder
1 tsp xylitol
2 drops of vanilla essence
Strawberries and raspberries
Using an electric MIXER whip all the ingredients together in a small martini glass until the cream is stiff. Don’t overbeat.
Grate a small piece of dark chocolate preferably 80 or 90% cocoa – and sprinkle on choc-whip. Garnish with strawberries and raspberries. Enjoy
In a coffee mug add about 3 tbsp of ice cold water and 1 1/2 tsp of coffee and xylitol – use a mini mixer and whip this into a foam.
Heat 100ml of full cream milk and 100 ml of hot water and pour this into the coffee mixture. Enjoy.
