Double cream yoghurt

Coulis (Sauce)
1 punnet of strawberries
2 tbspn of xylitol
1/4 cup water

Put the sauce ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer until strawberries are mushy.
Cool and serve over yoghurt
