This was my first attempt and it turned out delicious. You will need: skewers which have been soaked in hot water for 30mins and
1 kg Lamb mince
2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp jeera powder (cumin)
1 tsp dhania powder (coriander)
2 green chillies
A handful of fresh dhania
5 curry leaves
Salt to taste
Mix together the above ingredients and then blitz a little at a time in a food processor until it is paste-like.
Take a handful and make into a ball, then flatten and place the skewer in the middle and roll over like a sausage.
I served this with grilled vegetables and a salad.
