4 line Fish cutlets
2 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Lemon juice
2 tsp crushed garlic paste
Salt to taste
3 tbsp coconut oil
Make a paste with all the spices and rub into fish. Let it stand for 1 hour. Fry in hot oil for 3 min on each side until cooked.
Tomato Chutney
6 – 8 tomatoes – grated
1 sliced onion
2 split green chilli
Curry leaves
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp xylitol
2 tbsp olive oil
Method:
Heat oil, add mustard seeds and when it stops popping add curry leaves, green chillies and onions.
Add curry powder and stir and add grated tomato, salt and xylitol. Cook until water is dried.
