Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes so that it does not burn on the grill.
I used Rosa tomatoes, green and yellow peppers and baby marrows.
Thread the vegetables onto the skewers alternating with the different colours.
Whisk together 2 tbspn olive oil, black pepper, garlic salt,dried basil and origanum.
Baste with this oil mix whilst grilling.
