To make zucchini spaghetti take a zucchini and cut off both the ends.
Use a julienne slicer and slice from end to end.
If you do not have a julienne slicer- no problem.
Use a potato peeler and slice from top to bottom. You will get zucchini ribbons.
Stack all the ribbons one on top of each other and cut into 4 strips.
There you go- zucchini spaghetti.
Take care that when you are adding to the stir fry – cook for no more than 1 minute as you don’t want it getting mushy.
