500ml unsweetened almond milk + 25ml vinegar = Buttermilk. Mix together and let it sit for ±5 minutes, while you mix the rest of the ingredients.

The “Sweet Potato Toast” popped up on Pinterst, FB and everywhere!!!
I am not one to get on the bandwagon and test everything I see, but this one I just had to give a go, so this is my own modified, combined version of many posts I reviewed.
1 banana peeled and diced.
3 strawberries diced.
3 dates pitted and diced.
Enjoy as is.
Healthy and delicious.
Served with a cup of freshly made coffee.

2 Tbspn oats
1 cup organic kefir (or low fat plain yoghurt)
1 tsp cocoa
1 roll Puff Pastry (I used Todays puff pastry)
1/4 cup milk
Jam of your choice (I used strawberry)
Brush the pastry dough with the milk
Liberally sprinkle icing sugar on the pastry dough.
Cut on 4 sides of the circle on opposite sides and fold over the edges pressing down in the middle
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
Sprinkle icing sugar when cooled and top with jam
