Here is another recipe using Ghee, Daal Chaulai Prepared with Ghee. Its lentil cooked together with Amaranth (Chaulai) leaves. Which packed with nutrients. These leaves could be replaced with fresh spinach also. Both will turn out great with Ghee tampering.
