Pamela's Braised Cabbage

Vegetarian Dish
1/2 Cabbage (Sliced/ Diced) not too fine
1 Small Onion (Thinly Sliced)
2 Small Tomatoes (Chopped)

¼ Cup Oil
¼ Jeera Seeds
¼ Mustard seeds
2 Red dried Chillies (Break in Half )
1 Bay Leaf
Salt to taste
4 to 5 curry leaves
Dhania (Coriander) leaves to garnish.
Method
Heat oil in pot, add Onion, Bay leaves, Jeera Seeds and Mustard seeds.
Once onion starts to brown, add 1/2 of the tomato, some curry leaves.
When tomato softens, add cabbage. Cook until the cabbage shrinks in size.
Then add balance of the tomatoes, add your salt (own limit).
Cook further for 10 mins or until Browned. Garnish with Dhania (Coriander)
Serve with Fresh Bread, Rice or Roti….Yummy
