Ingredients
1 Pkt Tennis Biscuits
500g Cremora
1 Cup Ice Water
1 Tin Condensed Milk
1 Cup good quality Lemon Juice
1 Can Granadilla Pulp
2 Level Tblspn Sugar
Melted butter – enough to make biscuit base.

Method
Roughly crush tennis biscuits, add melted butter, press firmly into greased casserole or baking dish. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl – Pour in Cremora, add ice water mix well.
Add condensed Milk, stir until smooth.
Lastly add Lemon Juice, and mix slowly until mixture thickens.
Pour into and even out mixture onto biscuit base.
In a small bowl, mix the sugar with granadilla pulp.
Pour mix over the cheesecake.
Decorate as desired and refirgerate for ± 4-5 hours.
Delicious!
