1⁄2 cup icing sugar
1⁄2 cup Maizena/ Corn flour
1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla essence
250g – 300g Flour
Cream butter and icing sugar then add in the vanilla essence.
Mix in the corn flour and enough flour to make a soft dough.
Use a Nozzel to shape each Biscuit directly onto greased baking tray bake @ 180°C for about 15-20 minutes until light golden.
Dip bottoms of cooled biscuits in melted baking chocolate or Cadbury smooth chocolate if you prefer.
PS:- Add half of the flour, then a little at a time, you may not need all.
