DRY INGREDIENTS – Combine and leave aside
3 Cups Flour
4 tsp Baking powder
1 Cup Sugar
WET INGREDIENTS – In another mixing bowl add,
1 tablespoon Vanilla essence, beat together
add 1/4 cup oil,
1 Cup Water
2 Cups Milk
Pour Liquid mix into dry Ingredients and mix until smooth….
Cook 2 at a time on Thava or heavy based frying pan…Enjoy with Chocolate Sauce, Maple Syrup or Fresh Cream and Jam
