Peas rice and chicken curry

Chicken Curry
750g chicken breasts cubed
2large onions chopped
1/2cup chopped tomatoes
2tbls tomato paste
1 tbls akhni masala
1 tbls curry powder ( I use cartwrights mild curry powder)
1tsp salt,
chillies to taste
4 medium potatoes quartered.

Fry the onions till golden brown, add the spices and chicken and stir through, add the tomatoes and tomato paste, cook through and add the potatoes and enough water to cover. Bring to the boil and reduce the heat to lowest and cook till soft.
Lastly add chopped coriander leaves. Serve with rice
