Pravitha's Fresh Cream Doughnuts

Ingredients
1 egg
1 tbsp butter
Dash of vanilla
Mix well
Add 5 cups of cake flour
10g instant yeast
3 tsp baking powder
1½ tsp salt
Mix 1½ cups each of warm water and milk
DO NOT ADD ALL THE LIQUID AT ONCE
Mix into a soft dough and rest until double
Knock down and roll out into a sausage and cut out the Doughnuts
Rest aside for another hour then fry on med heat
I filled with FRESH CREAM
