I had so much fun making these, really happy with the outcome.
1 cup castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 and half cups milk
500g self-raising flour
Preheat oven to 180C
Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy
Add in vanilla and milk and mix
Add in sifted flour until you get a smooth batter
Spoon batter into cups and bake for ± 20 min or until done
500 g butter
450 g icing sugar
Mix well until you get a smooth icing and decorate as desired.
