Pravitha’s Vanilla Sponge Cake

TRH Pravitha's Vanilla Sponge Cake

250g butter
2 cups castor sugar
4 eggs
4 cups self raising flour
±2 cups milk

Cream butter and sugar well,
Add eggs and Mix slowly
Add flour and milk alternating until you have a nice dough
Bake @ 180 for 45 min

250 g butter
450 g icing sugar
2 tbsp milk

Cream butter and sugar well before you add the milk and use as desired.
