Preshana's Algerian Shawarma bread

Ingredients:
500 g all purpose flour
2 tbsp dry yeast(3x7g sachets)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oil/ghee
5ml salt
1 cup + 4 Tbspn warm water

Place all the ingredient in a bowl and knead to a soft dough.
Allow to rest unti double in size
Divide into 8-10 balls,cover and let them rest for 15 minutes.
Roll to 2 or 3 mm thick , cover and let them rest again for 15 minutes
Heat griddle pan/thawa and toast on high heat.
Once you see bubbles the bread over and cook the other side.
Keep toasted bread covered until all are done.
These can be frozen to be used at a later date
