1 cup oats
1 1/2 cups milk( I used skimmed)
4 large dates
4 chopped almomds
2-3 drops rose water/almond essence(optional)
Place all the ingredients in a bowl except the almonds, and leave in the fridge over night
To serve, sprinkle over chopped almonds and a few rose petals.It can be heated if preferred warm.
Any dried fruit can be added as a substitute for dates.
