100g white marshmallow (cut into small piece if it’s the big ones)
150g icing sugar sifted
2 drops almond essence
11/2 tsp water
Put marshmallows in a bowl, melt for one minute in the microwave.
Add icing sugar, essence and water quickly for form a ball of fondant.
Please note add water little at a time.
Add colour at this point.
Rub a little butter in your palms and massage into fondant.
Store in an airtight container
