1/2 cup nuts roasted (you could add more nuts)
1 bunch coriander
1/2 bunch mint leaves
1 small onion
3-4 cloves garlic
1 green chilli ( more if you prefer it spicy)
1/4 – 1/2 cup vinegar or lemon juice( freshly squeezed)
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until desired texture is reached.
Add salt to taste.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days
NB the size of bunches will vary from country to country, so I work on a 2:1 ratio of coriander to mint
