2 Tbspn oats
1 cup organic kefir (or low fat plain yoghurt)
1 tsp cocoa
1 tsp ground flaxseeds
5-6 fresh plums
Place the ingredients in the blender and blitz till smooth.
Store in the fridge.
NB – make in advance, this quantity should last 2-3 days
