1 tin klim (500 grams of Klim – Nespray or milk powder can be used as a substitute)
1 14 cup sugar
1 cup water

1 tin nestles cream (155g)
12 tsp elachi (powder)
Optional 1 cup ground almonds.
Add cream to klim
Rub through sieve to get even consistency.
Boil sugar and water into a sticky syrup.
Add whilst still on the stove mix the klim in it.
Remove from stove.
When well mixed add elachi and almonds stir well.
Pour in a glass dish.
Sprinkle with blanched almonds.
Cut when cool.
