Ingredients:
225g self raising flour,
1/4 tsp salt,
70g grated cheese,
150ml milk,
1/4 tsp white pepper,
1/4 tsp mixed dry herbs,
55g butter.
Method:
Mix flour, salt, pepper and herbs, rub in butter to resemble bread crumbs.
Add grated cheese and milk.
Form a soft dough.
Turn onto floured work surface, knead very lightly.
Cut into shapes.
Brush with milk bake 180 degrees for 12-15 min
