Ingredients:
2 cups flour,
2 cups oats,
2 cups coconut,
1 cup sugar,
50ml cocoa,
10ml baking powder,
375g butter.
For the icing:
2 cups icing sugar,
50g soft butter,
3tsp cocoa,
Little hot water.
Method:
Preheat oven 180 degrees.
Mix all dry ingredients together, add the butter, rubbing it with your fingertips until mixed.
The mixture should keep its shape.
Turn into prepared oven pan and press down evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes.
For the icing:
Sift the icing and mix with the butter until creamy, add cocoa and mix well.
Add just enough hot water to form a smooth icing.
Spread over cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.
Leave until icing is set and cut into squares

It’s great idea for a blog you have! I had baking blog for about a year. It was lots of fun. Then I decided to travel for 1,5 year, and I didn’t have access to an oven..so that blog died 🙂 Looking forward to try some of the delicious recipes on your blog.
