Reshika's Moist Chocolate Cake

1 cup cake flour
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup cooking oil
4 large eggs seperated
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
For the cake: In a large mixing bowl mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and salt.
Add the oil and hot water – mix.
Add the vanilla essence and baking powder – mix.
Add 4 egg yolks and mix again.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites until soft peaks forms.
Fold the egg whites into the batter.
Divide batter into two cake pans and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Turn over on a cooling tray and let cool.
