Marinate:
Washed chicken/meat
5 onion sliced and deep fried
3 whole cloves
1 tsp whole jeero
3 all spice
3 stick cinnamon
3 cardamon
3 large grated tomatoes
3 lemons- squeeze juice
1 tub buttermilk
Few curry leaves
Pinch saffron
Salt
1hpd tsp red chillie powder
2 tbsp fresh garlic/ginger mix
1 tbsp dania/jeera mix
1 tsp dani/jeero mix
3/4 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp mother in law masala
1 tsp garam masala

Marinate all the above overnight.

Parboil rice
Add few cinamon sticks
Few cardamon
3 whole cloves
3 all spice
Drain in colander
Salt

Parboil lentils. Peel your potatoes+deep fry
Layer your pot as desired. Steam on low heat +- 45 min then in oven till done.
