5 large eggs
1 cup castor sugar
3/4 cup of oil
2 cups self raising flour
1 cup cake flour
2 hpd tsp bakingpowder
+-3/4 cup milk
Cream eggs+sugar till thick and creamy. Add vanilla + oil. Sift dry ingredients 2x.
Now add+alternate with milk. Bake in muffin trays on preheated oven 180 for 15 min.
+-1/2 tin smooth apricot jam
1-2 cups icing sugar
Add 1 cup any red cooldrink or water.
Boil till syrupy add ted crimson food colouring.
Allow to cool will be a thicky sticky syrup. Dip your cake in there then in coconut.
