Sadsac’s Hearty Chuck Stew

(I made this for 2 people)
1 kilo of Chuck meat
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
BBQ spice
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 of onions
4 carrots
4 celery stalks
6 medium potatoes 1/4ered
Gravy powder
Water to cover meat.
Rice to serve.
Feeds 4

Cube the chuck and coat with flour.
I heat a large fry pan and add about 2 tablespoons of oil and brown meat on all sides.
Remove meat from pan and in a large baking dish add meat and all vegetables
Add all spices and Gravy powder
Cover the meat and vegetables with water and place a lid or tinfoil over the dish
Place in a 200 degrees oven and cook for about 5 hours till meat is soft and falling apart. Stir stew every hour.
Cook rice and serve with the hot stew. Enjoy
