Pan fry salmon in butter
Add salt, pepper and lemon while frying
Serve with home-made mayonnaise [blend of lemon juice (1 lemon), salt, pepper, avocado oil (1/3 cup), garlic and cilantro]
Serve on a bed of lettuce and tomato and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
